2019 Coaching Symposium

The Volleyball Alberta Coaching Symposium will be held January 11 - 13, 2019 in Edmonton at the University of Alberta.

Volleyball Development Coach & Symposium "Formerly Level 1" NCCP (January 11 - January 13, All sessions are mandatory)
Cost: $220.50 (gst included)
Total: $283.15
PREREQUISITE to Registration, Foundations of Volleyball eLearning Modules. These modules are done on-line and must be done prior to being able to register for the Symposium. The modules will be applied and practiced in the workshop, and take approximately three hours to complete (cost $89).

This stream is great for certified coaches who already have the volleyball development workshop, and are looking for a variety of coach education seminars to choose from.

Saturday, January 12

  • 8:15 am Check-In for Coaches Registered in Symposium Sessions Only
  • 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Symposium Sessions*
  • 5:00 pm Women's Volleyball Match (UofA Pandas vs. Brandon University)
  • 6:30 pm Men's Volleyball Match (UofA Golden Bears vs. Brandon University)

Sunday, January 13

  • 9 am - 1 pm Development Coach Court Sessions*

* Mandatory sessions for coaches taking their Development Coach training
