Volleyball Alberta either directly runs or is involved in partnerships with the following programs that follow the curriculum set out in Volleyball Canada's Mini-Volleyball Program.
Mini-Volley is an introductory program for children between the ages of 6-8 to the sport of volleyball.
This program provides game like activities (PLAY), ensures that participants stay active (FUN) and allows them to experience success while focusing on the development of fundamental movement patterns.
This program emphasizes the importance of developing physical literacy in children which will allow them to gain the competence and confidence they need to participate in a wide variety of physical activities.
