Volunteer Opportunity: Support Volleyball Alberta’s 2026 Casino Fundraiser

Volleyball Alberta is seeking volunteers to support its upcoming casino fundraiser on August 1–2, 2026, at Starlight Casino located at West Edmonton Mall.

This important fundraising event plays a key role in supporting volleyball programs across the province.

In 2024, the casino fundraiser generated more than $80,000, directly contributing to Volleyball Alberta initiatives, athlete development opportunities, and event delivery throughout Alberta.

With just 36 volunteer shifts to fill over two days, each volunteer plays an essential role in making the event a success. Whether you can contribute for a single shift or more, your time and support have a direct and meaningful impact on the volleyball community.

Volunteering is a simple and impactful way to give back to the sport and help ensure continued access to programs and opportunities for athletes across the province.
