Volleyball Alberta registered clubs in good standing that want their 12U-18U tournament covered under the Volleyball Alberta insurance policy (providing coverage for all members participating in the tournament under our plan) will be required to pay a processing fee per tournament. Approved tournaments will be posted as sanctioned on our website with in 2 business days of submission.

October 1st – Opening the Club Hosted Tournaments Sanctioning Submission

Volleyball Alberta requires the organizer:
– Confirm all participants are registered competitive members of their respective Club, Provincial Association & Volleyball Canada prior to participating so the tournament can be insured.
– You will receive a follow-up email request for a list of the registered teams so VA can verify membership status.

Submit Club Hosted Event Form including payment

Please include the following information in your submission in the exact order of:
Date, Year – Event Name hosted by (Club Name) for Age Class, Gender (# of teams) – Location: Gym, City. Entry fee. If known, please also include the following information: Registration opens on (Date and Time), Registration deadline, Link to register (website/form), and contact name and email.
