Volleyball Alberta staff support the day-to-day operations of the association, including membership services, events, communications, athlete development, and administration. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or contract-based.
Seasonal roles support camps, events, beach volleyball programming, and short-term initiatives. These positions are well suited to students or individuals seeking hands-on sport experience.
VA is seeking two (2) qualified individuals for the positions of Summer Camp, Coordinators. These full-time, term positions will be based out of the Edmonton office, and include on-site expectation for the camps outside of Edmonton (travel expenses, meals and accommodation will be provided). Edge School (Calgary, AB) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Volleyball Director, who will report directly to the Director of Athletics and Programming. This role is an integral member of the Edge School athletic leadership team and is responsible for the overall management and head coaching of the volleyball program. The director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the volleyball program, including the female Volleyball Skill Academy and future growth of the program. In alignment with the Edge School vision and mission, the director is responsible for implementing a cohesive volleyball development model that promotes the personal excellence of all Edge volleyball student-athletes.
