Volleyball Alberta will offer our Youth Beach Tournament series for 12U to 18U age classes in 2025.

Waitlists:
Teams that are waitlisted and offered a spot who choose to also register on the same day in another age class will not be moved from the waitlisted age class if the request is made after the registration deadline. This impacts two age class draws and sportlomo/staff are not able to verify teams registering in this manner.

Draw Posting Dates:
Tournament draws will be posted by noon on the Thursday prior to each event. Please note that this timeline may shift slightly if we receive any last-minute team withdrawals on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, as adjustments would need to be made before the draw is finalized.

Check-In:
On tournament day, player check-in will begin at 8:00 AM, followed by a brief player meeting at 8:15 AM. Games will begin between 8:30 and 9:00 AM, depending on how quickly we can get everything started.
