Provincial Championships Head Coach Eligibility Exemption Request Form

The 2026 Provincial Championships Head Coach Eligibility Exemption Request Form is NOW OPEN

Head Coaches (14U-18U) are required to have minimum requirements for eligibility to the 2026 Volleyball Alberta Provincial Championships.

• All head coaches require a minimum of the Development Coach TRAINED status = completion of DEV.COACH WORKSHOP
• Head coaches in their 3rd year or more attending VA Provincial Championships must have a a minimum of the Development Coach CERTIFIED status = completion of DEV.COACH EVALUATION

Head Coaches who are unable to meet the above TRAINED or CERTIFIED status level MAY be eligible to apply for a Coach Exemption from those requirements.
