Letter Of Intent (LOI) Forms
Only 2025/26 Certified Clubs or Registered Businesses (see: 25/26 Club Registry) are eligible to re-sign athletes or participate in the Open Commitment Period.
New clubs are not eligible to utilize the Re-Signing or the Open Commitment periods.
LOI Registries – Re-Signing & Fall Tryout
For the 2026-27 season – Clubs must update rosters on their social media pages or websites as athletes are signed, per the tryout process.
